We strive
to provide the highest levels of service to our customers, below is an outline
of information for your reference on our shipping, return & refund
policies.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY We accept orders online 24
hours-a-day, seven (7) days a week. Orders entered on www.fastraxcars.com will
then be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped out from our
distribution center. Our goal is to to achieve a 100% fill rate on all orders
within 48 hours or the order being placed (Mon - Fri). However, items for sale
are subject to backorder based on demand & seasonality. If an item or items
purchased are on backorder, we will hold the shipment until the order can be
shipped in full. If you prefer, we can split the items on your order and ship
them separately as they become available.
We ship via
Canada Postal Service, FedEx or UPS to locations within the Canada and the
continental United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii,
Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Standard shipping service levels
typically take 3 - 9 business days to transit. We offer expedited shipping
options for next day and 2-day service.
Orders ship
as a group and according to the longest product lead time. For example, an
order including a product with a one day lead time and a product with a one
week lead time will ship in one week.
Typically,
orders placed on Friday after 4 PM PST will begin processing on the following
Monday. If the merchandise selected is not currently available or if additional
identification is needed for verification, a member of our Customer Service
will contact you.
We
currently do not process orders over the weekend and on holidays. Orders
shipped via USPS may arrive on Saturday (post office discretion), but all other
methods of shipment do not offer delivery on Saturday or Sunday.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING International orders ship as a
group and according to the longest product lead time. For example, an order
including a product with a one day lead time and a product with a one week lead
time will ship in one week.
We ship worldwide via United States Postal Service (USPS). Customs and
other import duties/fees may be applied to international orders when the
shipment reaches its destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility
of the recipient and vary from country to country. Failure to remit payment of
import fees may result in the abandonment of the shipment and will result in
the forfeiting of refund and replacement options. Shipping times may vary based
on the shipping location. Please note that we are unable to offer expedited
shipping to our international customers at this time.
WARRANTY & LIMITATION OF
LIABILITY If there is a defect in a FasTrax
Cars product, your exclusive remedy shall be product replacement or refund of
the purchase price. FasTrax Cars MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS
INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. There are many factors beyond FasTrax Cars control that are
uniquely within the user’s specific knowledge and control. User is solely
responsible for evaluating the product and determining whether it is a suitable
fit for their particular application. FasTrax Cars will not be liable for
any indirect, special or consequential damage related to the use of this
product.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES If you are not satisfied with
your order within the first 30 days of receiving your product, simply return it
to us in like-new condition and we will gladly accept it for a return or
exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please include the purchaser's name and order number with your returned or
exchanged product. We suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number.
If you received your item as a gift, please include any information you have -
the order number, the name or email of the person who ordered the gift, etc -
and we will make sure you are taken care of.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item
not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due
to our error are not eligible for return.
Please note
that domestic & international customers are responsible for the cost of
shipping returned or exchanged items to FasTrax Cars.
REFUNDS Once your return is received and
inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your
returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund.
If you are
approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically
be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Only
regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and/or clearance items
cannot be refunded.

amend or redact any portion of these policies at any time for any reason.
